Boston Bruins
The Boston Bruins are a National Hockey League team located in Boston, Massachusetts. Established in 1924, the Bruins were the first hockey franchise in the United States, and one of the “Original Six” teams of the modern day NHL. They are currently members of the Atlantic Division of the Eastern Conference.
The Bruins began playing at Boston Area (now currently named Matthews Area) before moving to the Boston Garden for the next 67 seasons. The Boston Bruins have since moved to TD Garden, which they share with the Boston Celtics of the NBA.
The Boston Bruins have won 6 total Stanley Cup championships, tied fourth most all time, with their most recent championship coming in the 2010-11 season.
