Los Angeles Kings
The Los Angeles Kings are a National Hockey League team located in Los Angeles, California where they are members of the Pacific Division in the Western Conference. The franchise was founded during the league's expansion in 1967
The Kings spent the first 32 years of their existence playing in The Forum in Inglewood, California before moving to the Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles at the beginning of the 1999-2000 season.
During their early years, the LA Kings had many successful regular seasons only to be eliminated early in the playoffs. The Kings have seen recent success, winning both of their Stanley Cup championships in the 2011-12 and 2013-14 seasons.
